This site was created by Venu Babla and Amie Barder (graduate students of the Learning and Design Technology program at San Diego State University) for the Human Performance Technology class (Edtec 685) taught by Dr. Rebecca Frazee (Fall, 2013).
Venu Babla currently works at Provide Commerce, Inc. as the head of Customer Service Training for its large contact center. During the company’s peak seasons, she is responsible for the training and performance of in-house as well as out-sourced remote agents.
Amie Barder currently works at Mag+ as the Director of Support Services. She not only works with remote employees, but is one herself! Her team is responsible for supporting and educating customers on the Mag+ digital publishing toolset.
